We do not sell a tool. We run the operation.

Sigil is a managed content imprint for brands and agencies. Studio staff produce the posts on a per-brand retainer; you review and approve. Every social format you need. Two ways to engage. Quality you would not ship if it were not yours. Analytics that learn from what worked, so the next batch hits harder.

§ 02 · Why managed, not SaaS

Taste delivered fast, sold by the brand, not by the seat.

Most brand owners do not want another tool. They want output that lands, on time, in their voice, with someone to call when it does not. Sigil is the studio's bet on running that operation directly. You bring the brand and the calendar. We bring the production, the QC, and the read on what worked. Per brand. Not per seat. Not per post.

/ 01

Curation is the product

Generation is the easy part. The discipline is what to ship and what to throw away. Studio staff make that call before anything reaches your queue.

/ 02

Per brand, not per seat

Retainer pricing in the $1 to $3k per brand per month range. Every format, dedicated point of contact, monthly read on what worked. No surprise overage.

/ 03

Reply within twenty-four hours

Standing service-level commitment. One person owns your account. No four-call qualifier, no discovery deck, no ticketing system between you and the work.

§ 03 · Two ways to engage

Direct partnership or agency-relayed. Same operation, same quality, your call.

Studios and brand owners engage us directly. Marketing agencies engage us under their own brand and relay to their clients. The work, the standards, and the dedicated contact are the same in both. The difference is who the end customer sees.

Direct partnership

Studio to brand owner

Studio runs the relationship. You see our team, our chrome, our review surface. Best fit for in-house marketing leads who want the production capacity without a layer in between.

Agency partnership

Studio to agency to end customer

Your agency is the visible operator. White-label resolves to your brand on every screen your client sees. Agency reviews on Sigil's side, relays to the client, can approve on behalf when the relationship calls for it.

Either mode begins with a brief and a short call. The engagement model is decided in the first week.

§ 04 · Formats we ship

Every social format your calendar asks for.

We ship the full output range across every platform you operate. Single posts, multi-frame carousels, threads, short-form video, polls, long-form. Cadence and format mix are part of the kit; we adjust as your calendar evolves.

Single post

text
LinkedIn · X · Threads

Tight, voice-locked, calibrated to the platform's native length. The everyday backbone of a content calendar.

Single post

text + image

Image generated from your kit: characters, settings, banned look-and-feel. The image and copy compose together, not in isolation.

Carousel

multi-frame
Instagram · LinkedIn

Multi-slide narrative with cover, body frames, and a closing card. Each slide locked to your brand grid.

Thread

text-only
X · LinkedIn

Multi-post thread with a hook, body, and CTA. Per-tweet review supported.

Thread

text + images
X · LinkedIn

Threads with per-tweet generated imagery. Style and palette held consistent across the chain.

Thread

text + video clips
X · LinkedIn

Video-driven thread. Short clips tied to the narrative beats; copy under each.

Short-form video

vertical
Reels · Shorts · TikTok

Vertical short with text overlay, caption pack, and platform-specific re-cut.

Poll

engagement prompt
LinkedIn · X

Poll with on-brand framing and follow-up post drafted against either outcome.

Long-form

newsletter or article
LinkedIn · Substack · own site

Long-form article in your voice, ready for the platform's native editor.

Cadence and format mix are decided in onboarding and revised at every monthly read.

§ 05 · Brand intelligence and quality gate

Two filters between the AI and your audience.

Generation alone produces noise. The work of a managed content operation is everything around generation: knowing the brand well enough to write in its voice, and refusing to ship what is not on brand. Sigil runs both filters before any post reaches a human reviewer.

/ 01

Brand intelligence

we know your brand
  • Voice register, tone, and reading level
  • Characters, people, places, things
  • Banned phrases and forbidden topics
  • Reference asset library: logo, character portraits, setting plates
  • Platform fit and per-channel tier
  • Geographic and seasonal context

Every generation begins by composing your kit into the system prompt. Nothing is generic.

/ 02

Quality gate

noise dies before review
  • Platform conformance: caption length, image safety, accessibility
  • Brand voice fit, scored against your own kit
  • Taste check: cliche, mid generation, off-register tone
  • Auto-correct loop on a hard block, single retry
  • Studio operator does the final clear, not the AI

Bad output never enters your queue. You only see what we would ship if we owned the brand.

§ 06 · Three-tier review

Generator is not the reviewer. Review is not the approval.

Every post passes through at least two human eyes before it goes live. The studio operator who generated it is not the same person who clears it. The clearance is not the same step as your approval. The tiers are independent on purpose.

/ 01

Studio QC

Second studio operator (not the generator) clears the post for brand voice, taste, platform fit, and overall ship-readiness. The four-eyes invariant is enforced at the action layer, not by convention.

/ 02

Agency review

Optional, only in agency partnerships. Your agency reviews on Sigil's side, relays to the end client, can approve on their behalf when the relationship calls for it.

/ 03

Your approval

Final clearance is yours. Approve, request changes with notes, or reject. Revisions ride the same review chain on the next pass.

Generator and reviewer are distinct operators. Always. The four-eyes invariant is the floor, not a preference.

§ 07 · White-label, per brand

Your client sees you. They never see us.

Agency partnership runs under your brand from end to end. Every screen the end customer touches resolves to your chrome: your logo, your sender name on outbound email, your support email on the footer, your visual register on every approval surface. Sigil never appears in the end customer's experience.

§ 08 · What we know about your brand

Everything that shapes a post lives in one record.

The kit is the studio's record of your brand: how you sound, who shows up in your content, what you will not ship, what your audience cares about. It is editable, reviewable, and locked once you sign off. It is also the substance of every monthly read; we update the kit as the brand evolves.

  • comment themes

Onboarding fills the first kit in days, not weeks. We do the work; you ratify it.

§ 09 · Analytics that learn

We do not just publish. We read what worked, and we run it again.

Most content services ship and forget. Sigil keeps reading: which posts popped, which fell flat, which words your audience picked up, which visuals they did not. Every monthly read turns those signals into the next batch's brief. The formula that worked feeds the formula that ships.

/ 01

What popped

Reach, engagement, save and share signal per post. Surfaced per format, per channel, per campaign. The post-card view that ranks last month's roster from biggest hit to quiet miss.

/ 02

Why it popped

We decompose the winners: hook strength, format fit, visual register, posting window, call-to-action shape. Not just which post worked, but what about it worked.

/ 03

What your audience is saying

Comment themes surfaced by topic, sentiment, and recurring asks. The voice of your audience, summarized monthly, fed back into the kit so the next round speaks to what they actually want.

/ 04

Replicate the winning formula

Every monthly cycle, the patterns that worked feed the next brief. Your kit gets sharper with every post. The next batch is calibrated by the last batch, not by a fresh start.

Monthly insight report delivered to every retainer brand. Quarterly read for agency partners on their roster.

§ 10 · What is included

Per brand. One retainer. No per-post bill.

Sigil bills per brand on retainer. Format mix and cadence are decided at onboarding and revised at every monthly read. Revisions inside scope are not extra. Your contact and the operators behind them are not extra. The analytics read is not extra. The price you sign for is the price you pay.
