Two decades in commercial leadership. Dallas-based. The one who sets terms when others ask for them. Has built and run organizations through the post-honeymoon, pre-scale middle where most studios collapse, the unglamorous years where margins, retention, and reputation get made. Holds the studio's external surface (partner relationships, master agreements, board-grade decisions) and its operating tempo (24-hour SLA, no four-call qualifier, no discovery decks). Has been the buyer at the table herself, which is why she demands the studio behave like the kind of vendor a buyer re-engages.
The studio leadership.
Executive, strategy, engineering, AI, revenue, marketing, creative, and network practice. Files compiled below. Portraits start as ink, resolve in colour on hover.
Twenty years architecting how enterprise data behaves under load. Five years inside Apple's Oracle performance and data architecture practice (Cupertino), the team holding the line on planetary-scale systems. Four-plus years at Snowflake as a Customer Success Engineer embedded with Fortune 100 customers, building the patterns the rest of the field copied. Now leads strategy and the AI-platform thesis for the studio from Plano. SnowPro Advanced Architect, PMP. Sees data platforms the way most teams see databases: the thing the business runs on, not the thing it connects to.
Thirty-plus years architecting test automation and AI-assisted software delivery. Started in nuclear: six years as Sr QA Engineer at Nuclear Power Corporation of India before crossing into enterprise software. Eight-and-a-half years as Lead Software Engineer at Amdocs building Java and C++ automation frameworks for Clarify CRM and billing. Three years as Supply Chain Lead Automation at Walmart.com eCommerce. Sr Manager of Automation at TriNet running quality for a 300k+ employee HRM platform. Four years as Sr Automation Architect at Tavant embedded with Freedom Mortgage and MGIC. Founded the open-source TestMax framework, then CloudTestSoftware (SaaS rapid automation), and now ProjexLight AI: autonomous MCP-agent review pipelines that prevent AI-spaghetti (logic duplication, drift, architectural inconsistency) in agent-generated codebases.
Eighteen-plus years building enterprise AI and engineering systems at scale. Five-plus years at Apple Inc (Cupertino, via Infosys, 2008-2014) leading the AppleCare and Apple Product Diagnostics technical practice: built the REST services that captured diagnostic data from Apple devices, integrated them into internal portals for analysis, parts procurement, and Apple Genius team guidance, and designed the self-diagnostics surfaces inside Apple devices. Managed a global engineering team. Currently leads AI engineering at Oracle (Bay Area), the seat from which the studio watches what works at Fortune-500 scale and what reliably fails. Domain spans foundation-model selection, responsible-AI governance, agentic-system rollout, and the operating model required to keep production AI auditable. The studio's voice on responsible AI deployment, the part most ML vendors quietly skip.
Twenty-plus years selling capability into companies that already think they know what they're buying. Background spans construction-services and field-operations software, the verticals where margins are thin and trust is the moat. Owns the studio's revenue surface end-to-end: pipeline shape, pricing posture, partner agreements, renewal motion. The reason engagements close on schedule, contracts hold, and renewals don't require a re-sell. Operator's instinct for what to charge, who to charge it to, and when to stop selling. Closes on the substance, not the slide deck.
Twenty-plus years bridging executive priorities and engineering reality. Builds AI roadmaps that survive the second board meeting. Domain spans agentic AI integration, LLM governance, and mobile-first AI surfaces. Recent work: helping enterprises compress development cycles 40 to 70 percent through autonomous-agent workflows while keeping the governance trail intact. Rare combination of a sales seat and a hands-on engineering instinct, which is why his pipeline closes without re-sells.
Eighteen years inside Fortune 500 managed-services engagements. AVP of IT Service Delivery, Resiliency and Compliance at Genpact (Richardson, TX) from 2017 to 2024, owning a $350M portfolio across many Fortune 500 accounts including Meta and GE. Sustained 99.9% SLA, lifted client NPS from 1 to 9, reduced delivery costs 40% while holding the SLA line. Twenty client transitions and six M&A integrations with zero major incidents. Embedded onsite for 2.5 years at Pittsfield as project manager for the GE Plastics divestiture to SABIC Innovative Plastics and Momentive Performance Materials, 160-site infrastructure separation, $5.1M budget, $425K under at TSA exit. Also led the InfoSec risk mitigation program at NBC Universal's LA facility, $8M DMZ and datacenter upgrade with zero disruption to live Studios and TV network operations. Now leads the studio's network, telecom, and connectivity practice from Frisco, TX. PMP, ITIL, CCNP, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Data Fundamentals, MCSE, CCSA (Check Point), CCIE Lab in progress.
Two decades behind the lens and the cut. Photographer, videographer, and creative director for the studio's visual surface. Builds the visual systems that carry the brand across product, case study, and field documentation, from the dossier-grade portraits in the roster you're reading right now to the long-form case-study reels that ship alongside major engagements. The argument for hiring an in-house creative instead of contracting it: every frame matches the dossier, every cut respects the register.
The leadership team is the surface layer of a deeper bench. Senior engineers, ML practitioners, and domain specialists join under specific engagements. For the full personnel manifest, including the supporting team - reach out via the engagement path.
